Add Home & Lock Screen widgets
- Calculate a cut first (widgets show the last CUT JOINT or TRAVEL).
- Home Screen: long-press → Edit → Add Widget → search CutJoint → Small or Medium → Done.
- Lock Screen: customize → add widget → CutJoint rectangular.
App and widgets share the last cut through App Group
group.com.cutjoint.app. After Calculate, timelines reload so the glass
matches the app.
Allowance & cut joint
Why don’t I see CUT JOINT?
Cut joint only appears when Allowance / end is filled. Empty allowance → the app and widgets show TRAVEL (centerline travel), never a fake cut length. You own fitting takeoff.
What does “layout envelope” mean?
P and travel are planning geometry for the two-elbow run. They are not a manufacturer takeoff and are not SMACNA certified. Verify fittings before you cut. See Terms.
